Citrus Heights, CA: Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Traffic Collision on Interstate 80
Rider Injured in Citrus Heights Crash on Interstate 80 near Antelope Weigh Station

Citrus Heights, California (May 19, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Wednesday morning in Citrus Heights, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck was reported at about 11:12 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 80 near the Antelope Weigh Station.
As per the report, a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with a red Honda Accord for unknown reasons.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to find the motorcyclist alert and awake. The victim was taken to Mercy San Juan Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
Authorities are collecting more information to establish the cause of the collision.
