Major Injuries Reported in Castro Valley Accident at Five Canyons Parkway and Old Dublin Road
Castro Valley, California (February 8, 2019) – Major injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon in the area of Castro Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 3:40 p.m. Friday, at Five Canyons Parkway and Old Dublin Road.
As per CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. One person was reportedly pinned in one of the vehicles.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is underway.
