Injuries Reported in Camp Pendleton Semi-Truck Crash on Interstate 5

Camp Pendleton, California (May 9, 2019) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision involving a big rig on Thursday morning in Camp Pendleton, according to the CHP.
The wreck happened at about 5:15 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5.
CHP said a vehicle and a beer-hauling semi-truck collided for unknown reasons. The crash caused the liquid load to be spread across the southbound lanes of I-5.

Injuries sustained in the crash were minor, CHP said.
Crews were called to the scene to clear the mess created by the collision.
The incident is under investigation.
