Tony Lowe ID’d as 54-year-old Man Killed in Placer County Pedestrian Crash in on PFE Road
Placer County, California (January 3, 2021) – Tony Lowe, 54, has been identified as the man who was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash last week in Placer County, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred on December 26, on PFE Road.
According to the officials, Lowe was walking along PFE Road when a white SUV, believed to be a Dodge Durango, struck him.

Sadly, Lowe sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
